The New Year according to the old calendar — but the celebration didn’t pass Bulgaria by. It was brought into the cozy atmosphere of one of the most iconic Serbian restaurants in the country — Kotiloto in Dragalevtsi. With a lit fireplace, great vibes, authentic Serbian music, quince brandy, and a full array of delights from the new 2020 winter menu, Restaurant Kotiloto welcomed the Serbian New Year. The celebration began in the early afternoon, traditionally inviting media representatives and celebrities the restaurant has been working with for years. Later, the festivities continued with guests of the restaurant into the late hours. The energy was kept alive throughout by a Serbian brass band performing some of the most popular Serbian hits. Yonko Georgiev, the restaurant’s owner, shared insights about the flavors of Serbian cuisine and why Kotiloto continues to grow in popularity. The mastermind behind the restaurant’s unique taste is head chef and co-owner, the renowned culinary expert Daci.
